PEP volunteers are special people who agree to spend at least one hour per week at Camden Elementary School or other schools in Benton County. The volunteers are trained to work with children in the area of beginning reading skills. These volunteers provide one-on-one attention to many of the readers at Camden Elementary. The volunteers are honored each year at the Benton County Reading Council's Celebrate Literacy Banquet.
